I used Go Real Travel for a 10 day trip to Europe (Salzburg, Prague and Munich). They gave me some excellent advice on the front end about locations and timing, arranged hotels for me to choose from, car services, train tickets and private tour guides - it was an amazing trip. In addition they were available and responsive the entire time with last minute questions and requests - highly recommend them and have already started planning my next trip with them.

Just back from 15 day trip to Italy planned for us by Go Real Travel. Go Real formulated an outstanding trip for us based on the locations we wanted to explore. Connections were seamless. Go Real was available throughout the trip to provide on the spot advice and assistance. Our drivers and tour guides were top notch. Our Vatican tour guide was full of great information that made the tour terrific. He even had a PhD in religious studies. Language no problem as they all were fluent in English. We had plenty of time for ourselves and, although we had a full schedule, we didn’t feel rushed. Hotels were in great locations and met our needs. We especially liked the hotel in Sorrento with a view of Mt Vesuvius, and with easy access to Pompeii, Capri,and the Amalfi Coast. Go Real gave us an abundance of information on each of the destinations, so we were well versed even before we got there. They provided step by step instructions for public transportation, which made that portion of our travels easy. We highly recommend that you Go with Go Real!

My wife and I just returned from an amazing two week trip to Eastern Europe, thanks in large part to #Go Real Travel. They listened to our ideas and mapped out a plan for us to visit Prague, Slovenia & Croatia. They made all of our hotel reservations, purchased train tickets, included all of our private transfers to and from the airports, trains and hotels & in Croatia, and included a private, English-speaking walking tour of each destination. The hotels were lovely and within walking distance or easy public transportation to the heart of each city. A breakfast buffet was included with each (except Plitvice lakes). The tour guides were well informed, friendly, gave us a good overview of each city and taught us how to use public transportation. All the drivers were very friendly and gave us mini-tours along the way. Our private itinerary was on an app that we followed with daily reminders. We found the staff to be very responsive and communication with them easy. Only the ticket booklet could have been provided earlier. All of the plans and connections went smoothly with no problems!!! We highly recommend Go Real Travel and will definitely use them again!!!

Family of 5 Just returned from 9 days in Europe covering Amsterdam, Cologne and Brussels with 3 teens. This was the first time I’ve travelled using an agent like this and was hoping for the best, we were very pleasantly surprised, expectations exceeded. Everything went exactly to plan, the schedule was very busy but that was by design and we feel we saw all the right things given our timeline. The activities were great, tour guides were helpful and having the private tours was such a huge benefit to the other larger groups we saw moving through each city. Every recommendation they gave was helpful, reminders were sent the night before on all the set activities so we didn’t miss anything, every ticket they said was covered in fact was - with no snafu, we got everything we paid for, and any questions I sent during the trip were answered very timely. I never felt like we were on our own. Highly recommend using them to organize your trip, we will be back!

Just returned from Prague and Budapest! GO Real Travel nailed it! Incredible from start to finish. All pickup, transfers, tickets, tours and guides went flawlessly (one guide was late but it was quickly remedied) and ended up to be the best guide we had. The 5 star Hotels were incredible. Their self guides tours and food recommendations were spot on. I cannot wait to book another trip with this company. They listened and booked all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I just retired from our trip to Prague and Budapest. The staff at Go Real Travel listened and planned the trip we wanted. The absolute highlight was the private guide in each location that spent the morning walking us through the historic cities and sharing the stories and sites we had only heard of in history class long ago. The transfers from airport to hotel then back again was a luxury. When we were exhausted it was so nice to have a driver waiting for us. I’m usually our trip planner so delegating this to Go Real Travel was a Risk for me. They didn’t disappoint. The hotels were clean and had the most attentive staff. Both hotels had issues that were given attention right away. I will definitely use Go Real again but I will upgrade my hotel choice on our next trip.

My husband and I just came back from a trip to Prague, Krakow, Bratislava, and Budapest organized by GoRealTravel. The organizer listened carefully to our interests and needs, choosing hotels that were in perfect locations, and arranging car services to take us from city to city (we have some mobility limitations, so trains have become difficult). The guides for history tours and food tours were excellent. We particularly liked a tour of Nova Huta in Krakow. The operations director who helped us during the trip was immediately available when we needed her, which wasn't often because drivers and guides showed up on time. I have already recommended GoRealTravel to a friend.

I cannot say enough good things about Go Real Travel, we are not real confident travellers and this was our first trip on our own with the help of Go Real Travel. They planned our itinerary, booked our hotels, which were all in great locations and all but one included a great breakfast, they also booked our trains going through Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Poland. If we had to pick our favorite things about booking through Go Real Travel it would have to be the Go Real Travel app that had our itinerary, hotels and tours on it with our train tickets which made it really easy to check times and scan at train stations. The other favorite thing was the private walking tours we got in every stop, they were so knowledgeable and would point out sites we might want to take more time at. We really enjoyed our trip to Croatia. This was just hands off and worry free with the help of Go Real Travel. We had never been to this part of the country before. I did not know the area's so they asked where we wanted and time line and set it all up. They asked what day we would like a tour and what kind of tour and set it all up for us. Really would recommend them all to anyone. The app on my phone walked me through day to day of the plan and person private tours and pick up and delivery. So grateful. I had a wonderful holiday experience with Go Real Travel. Firstly, I think the Go Real Travel website is amazing and the personal support that was also provided to help me make my plans was exceptional. Even though I live in a very different time zone from the Go Real Travel staff, the contact I had in order to make my plans was prompt and reliable. Every detail of my trip was planned to perfection and every transfer and service was on time. My drivers and the guides for walking tours all spoke good English and were interesting and helpful. The hotels were well placed, very good value and the staff were also very friendly and professional. The instructions provided were very helpful, well presented in a booklet - and I really liked the fact that I had so much flexibility in what I could do. Public transport tickets, maps and the instructions provided made me an instant ‘expert’ in finding my way around new cities. I travelled on my own, which is a new experience for me, but I loved every second of my holiday. I felt very supported by the process and everyone I had contact with. My thanks to Tom and Rosemary for taking care of every detail.

This company did an absolutely wonderful job planning our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest! My husband and I typically plan our own trips, but for this trip we were travelling with a relative that has limited mobility. We had at least one guided tour in each city and the tour included just the four of us, so we could go at whatever pace was comfortable for all involved. All of the guides were SPECTACULAR...personable, professional and very knowledgeable! The hotels were fantastic and in great locations. GoRealEurope's explanations about public transportation made it easy to get around all three of the cities and it was practically impossible to get lost, using their detailed guides. We had some issues with the contracted transportation companies. On our last day (Friday) we did not get to the airport in time and missed our flight home. GoRealEurope sent an employee to the airport to help us with the process of re-booking a flight home (Monday). That left us stranded in Prague for the weekend. GoRealEurope booked hotel rooms for the weekend, at their expense. They offered to reimburse us for meals and sent us a refund to cover the additional airline ticket purchases. WOW...can you get any better customer service than that? I have already been spreading the word to other people and will definitely use them again in the future!

Go Real Travel set up the perfect trip for us and provided us with a detailed guide for every day of our trip. The guide provided directions for travel and daily excursions that provided such phrases as "with your back to the cathedral, walk to the right and take the second street to the left" and similar directions. They also responded quickly to email questions and made immediate changes to our itinerary as requested. For example, just days before our trip, we decided that would like to see Vatican City in Rome, and within a few hours, Anna sent us an updated itinerary with those changes. We highly recommend Go Real Travel.

Go Real Travel planned a great 2-week itinerary for us that included Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. They made great hotel arrangements for us as well as train and local transportation, a few local guides links. Great trip, top notch sights and very detailed instructions. With the itinerary in hand, we still had the freedoms to pick and choose what to do and where to be - it combined the best elements of a tour with I depended travel. Highly recommended!!!

We just returned from a great trip to Czeck Republic, Austria and Hungary. Go Real Travel made it so easy and enjoyable that we would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. Go Real Europe exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was well planned and customized to my preferences. The individual tours allowed for flexibility and cultural immersion. The wine tasting with Eva in Prague was like a night out with a dear friend. I highly recommend GRE! They allowed me to travel solo with security and confidence.

Vacation of a lifetime! The guides in each city were amazing and added such a interesting dimension that better connected me to the places that we visited. Our hotels were a great mix of luxurious and well located. The itinerary was amazingly detailed and easy to follow. Anyone can travel in a big tour group, but it takes a certain spark of imagination and a lot of hard work to put together a vacation like the one we took. Overall, "Go Real Europe" is more than the name of the company, it is how we felt after we left each city. We had experienced "Real Europe" and that made all the difference.

This was my first experience with using a travel agency and I could not have been more pleased. Allowing GRE to book our hotels and trains saved me so much time and research. All of the hotels were in great locations. Having the local transportation tickets at the beginning of our trip was so convenient. Our personal tour guides were fantastic (especially in Budapest)...we never would have seen and learned so much in each city without them. The maps provided for each city were outstanding - they became my most important aid, with excellent color-coded "things to do and see", local language phrases and very helpful local transportation instructions. For assistance with putting together a trip to places I had never visited, and not having the time to dedicate to all the planning, Go Real Europe was a huge help. I would definitely use them again.

We walked over 5 miles per day but we did everything on the itinerary. The directions were good. The hotel was in a wonderful location. We were a three sum and that meant the third got an inadequate roll away. Real problem for her.

The people picking us up from the airports and taking us back to the airports were easy to find, always on time and friendly and helpful! All our tour guides were great! Thanks to Tony in Dubrovnik, Marta in Prague, Catalina in Czecky Kumlov and Dorothy in Budapest, we have a much greater understanding and appreciation for the struggles and beauty of these countries and people. Our hotel accommodations were very comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly! John, our driver from the Czeck Republic to our train in Austria,” had a few “slip ups,” but we were his first “job” and he made us laugh and laugh as he learned “on the job,” and we did make our train on time although it was “close!” Thank you, John! 😂 Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend using Go Real Europe for any trips.

Just returned from 9 days in Germany. Loved having everything planned out for us...trains were scheduled and booked, all of our guides showed up on time and were absolutely wonderful. Our hotels were very nice (except last one which I was able to quickly change on my own...things happen). All the directions were so detailed it would be hard to mess up. Thomas got a hold of me when one of our tours had to be cancelled and was quick to respond when I contacted him. All in all a great way to plan a trip!

I enjoyed the planning done for me. The hotels were all different and unique with good service and we used 3 star hotels. Pickup were always on time and our tour guides were excellent. We enjoyed traveling like the locals and enjoyed setting our own pace. There is plenty to do but you can also just sit at a cafe and drink wine. This was my second trip with go real Europe.

Excellent experience with GoRealEurope! Since I knew nothing about the area, I was hesitant to tackle planning a Christmas holiday trip to Vienna and Salzburg. GoRealEurope tailored the trip to our interests and provided an extremely detailed itinerary complete with landmarks and background information on each of the sites we visited. They also made hotel reservations and provided tickets, travel instructions, and taxi arrangements for all local and inter-city transportation. Our agent, Brendan, arranged to have private English speaking tours that provided an overview of our destination cities, and also set up dinner reservations for several evenings of our stay. All in all, my husband, myself, and my children (age 21 and 19) had a wonderful time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My one suggestion would be to include the name of the Google Maps destination in some of the walking directions, as we found it easier to follow our phone map than the printed instructions in those cases. Also, once the initial itinerary is established, the customer needs to review carefully and be proactive in contacting the agent in order to make changes. Since we were traveling over Christmas, some tweaks were needed to account for holiday closings.

I would highly recommend this company. Jared Holmes helped me with my trip. I traveled alone so I needed exactly what they had for me. I just can't say enough regarding the excellence of service. I went to Vienna and to Salzburg for the Sound of Music tour, which was wonderful, then to Prague. GRE really stands out with their attention to every last detail. My Itinerary was fitted to my needs. the train tickets, public transit tickets/passes, and my drivers were always there and on time. GRE selected amazing private guides who were so informed and interesting. So much rich history. I'm really grateful for all they did for me. I had an amazing adventure. What a great trip! Saw Berlin, Warsaw, Krakow, Prague and Czeny krumlov. Go Real Europe made the trip easy by giving us guides, arranging hotels and city to city transport with step by step recs so we could get an enriching experience and explore on our own. Jared at Go Real Europe arranged a delightfully memorable trip for 3 of us (a couple plus a friend) in October. We visited Budapest, Vienna and Salzburg. All the directions and instructions were thorough and well thought out, down to the smallest detail - it was great to have public transport tickets provided for the cities along with detailed instructions on how to use them. The guided tours were especially fine, and the guides both knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. Also the self-guided suggestions were very helpful in seeing the highlights in each place. I am grateful to Jared for encouraging us to visit Berchtesgaden; it was picture-postcard alpine scenery and well worth the trip. Our hotels were very comfortable (the one in Vienna was elegant!) and all provided excellent breakfasts. Our travelling companion would have liked more participation in room selection (as single rooms can be unpredictable); but happily the choices were very satisfactory. We had one hiccup in Salzburg when we found that the room for the couple had been booked for the wrong nights; however the hotel had space and we were accommodated in a very short time. We loved the trip! I would recommend Go Real Europe for a trouble-free and exciting travel experience. We hope to use them again.

Also a few tours in each location. The hotels were great all in wonderful locations . GoRealEurope did a great job planning our trip--we had quite a few cities that we wanted to visit and they made it happen seamlessly! Everything from picking us up at the airport in Prague, scheduling wonderful guided tours, arranging transportation between cities, and getting us to our plane home from Budapest went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using them and I may well use them again in other parts of Europe.

Just returned from a "dream trip" to Central Europe. Go Real Europe was recommended to us by a friend. My husband and I are glad we used them to help us with our trip! They allowed us to enjoy our trip and sweat the small stuff. Everything was laid out for us, we had tickets for all the public transportation organized by country, maps of each city, step-by-step directions from our hotel to attractions, restaurants, public transportation and venues, we also had drivers pick us up and drop us off to and from rail stations and airports. We had guided tours of each city, everyone spoke English and guides provided excellent information from a fun perspective as well as historical, lots of information about the culture, food. Also, not knowing the languages it is comforting to know that Go Real Europe is a resource to go to in case something goes wrong. Our flight home was cancelled and we called them and they were prepared to try to help find a place to stay for the night and told us what we needed to do in order to execute our "Plan B." Beyond that our trip went without hitch, all the information they provided was accurate (including warnings) and we had no issues. Thomas Kirby our travel agent put it all together for us according to our wishes, needs and wants! We will definitely use their services again!

The company did a terrific job. All the hotels were in great locations and the tour guides were on time. The only time we had an issue was when we didn't follow the itinerary and found ourselves walking for ages in Vienna looking for the train station! After that we followed the plan and didn't get lost again. You can rely on this company to book your tickets, tours including a bike ride into the countryside.

I told our travel consultant (Martin) that if this trip executed as well as it planned, GoRealEurope would have my recommendation and it DOES. What I would MOST recommend are the 1/2 day private guided tours in each city, given by a local but arranged by GoRealEurope. All shuttles, taxis, and guides arrived as scheduled. Hotels were conveniently located and clean. Train travel and public transportation were thoroughly explained. We did have to contact Martin about an event and he responded to our concern promptly. I just used Go Real Europe for a family vacation with my husband, two sons in their twenties, and my son’s fiancé. We traveled to Munich, Salzburg, and Prague. Jared at Go Real Europe was our contact. He spent many hours talking to me on the phone about possible destinations and excursions. He has traveled to some of the cities so he has personal experience with the locations. He made sure all of my requests were met and worked with me to adjust the itinerary to meet our needs. Everything was spot on and organized, with the only exceptions being 1) one of the tour guides never showed up, and 2) my pre-scheduled taxi transfer in Budapest never showed up. Go Real handled both situations really well by refunding my money. I think Go Real Europe worked really well for a solo traveler like myself, with their precise directions, ticket vouchers, and immediate phone support when I needed it. I would highly recommend Go Real Europe.

Thank you very much for organising the tour, which we both enjoyed immensely. We changed the self-guided tours a little and were able to change things a little with the guides in both Warsaw and Krakow to suit ourselves - this was great. I am so grateful that Martin was easily accessible by phone to fix any hassles we had on the spot. I tried to use another number once and wasn't willing to go through an automated switch board in an emergency moment; so, being able to get onto Martin every time was great. Because Martin made the whole trip from beginning to end seem like a personal arrangement, both Job us felt secure in a foreign country. It might be a little difficult for those people who won't or can't rely on an app, but all in all things worked out very well.

Amazing family trip We just finished a 5 city European vacation organized by Go Real. This was a graduation gift for our son who had just graduated high school. We also traveled with my wife's parents so our trip had to accommodate 3 generations. Go real Europe succeeded. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Go Real Europe, with our agent Jared and the owner of this fantastic company David. We visited Krakow, Budapest, Munich, Prague and Berlin with small day trips to Dresden and Kutna Hora (to see the bone church). Jared was quick to respond to all of our requests and questions (and there were plenty). Jared even took the time to meet us for dinner in Prague to make sure our trip was going as planned. The itinerary was very detailed and included destinations we probably would not have sought out on our own. We used the train for all travel which really added to the amount of beautiful country that we got to see. The accommodations were very nice in all cities. Especially Budapest and Prague. We had a private city tour the first day at each destination. The tour guides were all great, but our guide in Budapest really stood out. She was so passionate about her country, her city and the Hungarian people. There were a few minor bumps in the road which should always be expected when travelling through 4 countries in 18 days. I’m a lifelong traveler. This was the best and easiest trip by far. GoReal thought of everything, really. At each stop, they gave explicit directions “face the entrance and turn left, walk 50 meters and look right into museum / subway / hotel entrance.” Tickets were sent ahead so we didn’t have to wait in lines, drivers and tour guides met us on time, and company employees checked in to ensure everything was right. We had one hiccup and called the emergency number that was answered. That was the first surprise. Then, the issue was immediately resolved! I recommend GoReal without hesitation.

I just returned from a 2-week adventure in Central Europe to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. My daughter and I were very happy with the location and quality of the hotels GoReal booked, the transportation arrangements (so nice to get picked up at the airport!), and the detailed guidance and practical instruction for self-guided tours. A true highlight is the help of a guide in each city who is local, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. This is the kind of trip I would like to plan for myself but even given lots of research, I could not have done. Martin, our agent, was very helpful and responsive. We will use Go Real again and are glad they are expanding to Rome.

We just returned from two weeks in Eastern Europe. Every aspect of our trip went perfectly. All our hotels were very comfortable and clean staffed by friendly helpful people in great locations. I found Go Real Europe as a pop-up while I was researching vacation options. I was attracted by the individual itinerary and private guides. When I asked for a sample itinerary I was surprised by the detail and the cost. The only thing that I added was an upgrade to first class railroad tickets for our intercity travel. The smaller boutique hotels were well situated, friendly, clean, comfortable and 5-star rated by TripAdvisor. The individual guides, in each city (Berlin, Munich and Prague) were extremely informative and interesting to listen to. They even arranged for us to attend an opera in Prague. I highly recommend Go Real Europe and I will use them again.

GO WITH GO REAL EUROPE ! We recently used GRE to help us plan and book our post Amsterdam to Budapest river cruise stays in Budapest and Prague. Grace recommended sites to visit based upon our preferences and booked great hotels in perfect locations which were near restaurants and touring sites in both cities. Every guide and driver showed up on time, even for the 4:30 am drive to the airport. GRE's awesome maps and detailed instructions for self-touring are idiot proof. They even provided pictures of kiosks to use at train stations and public transit. Their booking and pre-payment of train tickets was just what we needed because of the intricacies of the rail systems. There is no doubt that we would used GRE again if traveling to any area in which they provide services and we would highly recommend them to other travelers.

My husband and I used Go Real Europe to arrange our trip to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. The hotels they chose were all great, close to either the center of the historical district or within easy walking distance of good public transportation, with very good breakfasts included. The travel arrangements: pick-ups, transfers, train tickets, and public transportation tickets went smoothly. We had asked for an orientation tour in each city, and the guides were very well-informed and helpful. Our guide in Prague, Marta, was particularly informative and gave us her personal insight into life there under communism and its aftermath, which added deeply to our understanding of the city. The very detailed itinerary was useful, especially in giving directions to various locations. All in all, this was a wonderful way to take a trip, without the hassle of making all the arrangements myself or being always on someone else's schedule as is the case with guided tour groups.

This was our first time to use GoReal Europe and they are fantastic. All our guides, travel arrangements and accommodations were perfect. Our trip to Vienna, Cesky Krumlov, Prague and Berlin - all organised by Martin and the GRE team was just wonderful. All arrangements were spot on - directions, timetable and instructions worked perfectly, we were picked up promptly where pick-ups were arranged and all our guides were on time, well-informed and apart from one, a treat to be escorted by. Here's what I wrote to Martin on our return: "Thought I’d email you to say how great out trip with you was – before the more mundane things of home make it all seem like a faraway dream! Every aspect of the trip went well with regard to hotels and transport – trains were on time (although the Prague-Dresden one had some very ‘creatively’ numbered carriages – and the hotels were superb. All our rooms were comfortable (Hotel Kampa and Otto were standouts, especially the breakfasts at Hotel Otto) but all were lovely and brilliantly placed for access to sightseeing and transport, staff helpful and ambience great. If these were 3-star hotels, the 4-star ones must be amazing! One highlight was the Prague eating tour. We had a lovely couple there. He, Igor, was filling in for a friend and he brought his partner with him. They were such a lovely, informative young couple and it felt as if we were out with friends. Felt sorry to say goodbye at the end of the evening. The other walking tour guides in Vienna (Tatijana), Cesky Krumlov (Wanda) and Berlin (Jeanine) were excellent and a wealth of information about culture and politics as well as the sights. We didn’t follow your other written guides to the letter and tended to pick and choose excursions depending on interest and energy. (Got a bit castled and galleried out at times and just loved wandering and losing ourselves in the little streets.) Loved the Danube trip and exploring Melk and did get to see most of the main palaces, etc. Climbed a lot of towers and averaged 10kms of walking each day. Unfortunately, ate and drank a lot as well so although fit, we have all come home heavier! In spite of the ravening hoardes of tour parties of 50+ crowds all clogging things like Charles Bridge(nothing to do with you), Prague was probably a common favourite but Krumlov and Vienna were up there as well. Wish we’d had another full day in Cesky Krumlov but did pack in our afternoon and evening there. Liked Berlin but apart from the iconic things, it had a much more ‘big Western city’ feel and less uniqueness than the other places. We all hated Dresden. Not sure if we were just tired, not keen on a stop and just wanted to continue on to Berlin or what, but it held absolutely no appeal for us. You’ve probably had others who loved it but it didn’t work for us. Thank you and your team for all your hard work on our behalf. It was a wonderful trip and the organisation was excellent. It was definitely value for money and we look forward to exploring more places under your excellent guidance."

Can not say enough about how satisfied I was with Go Real Europe. My husband and I have traveled to several European locations in the past and always did all of the planning and reservations ourselves. As we are getting older and were traveling with new companions, didn't want the hassle or responsibility this time. Several people suggested River Cruises but we weren't ready to give up the cultural experiences of staying and dining in other countries. So very glad I discovered Go Real Europe. Everything thing worked perfectly. The hotels were in central locations but still very quiet and peaceful. All were clean, had all the amenities needed and all provided delicious breakfasts. The transfers and tours went smoothly, on time and with friendly, knowledgable guides and drivers. It was also a comfort to know that our representative, Martin Wagner, was available if we encountered any problems. He was very helpful in the planning process and always responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely use Go Real Europe again when traveling to countries they service. This is a quality and supportive tour company. We are a well-travelled pair of (about) 70 year olds who enjoy doing our own thing at our own pace but in unfamiliar language settings need a bit of extra support and advice. Choosing GRE for our leg Berlin>Krakow>Prague was perfect and I'd be more than happy to recommend them and to use them again. The team (Jared, Jan, et al) were cheerful and informative. The hotels chosen were always ideal and every pickup and collection worked perfectly. The only wobble was the bus/train transfer from Krakow to Prague but this was mainly a function of ongoing development of infrastructure by local authorities. In the end, nothing bad happened and our pickup was at the station in Prague. I think if we'd upgraded to First/Business Class for this leg we might not even have noticed any discomfort. This company has crafted a very well-targetted travel product and we wish them well.

By chance I found Go Read Europe when I was planning a trip to central Europe. Grace came up with a great itinerary based on our interests, and was very prompt in fixing a few small hiccups along the way. Go Real Europe took all the worry out of traveling to many different destinations.

This mother-daughter team enthusiastically joins the crowd of 5 star reviews for GoRealEurope (GRE)! GRE's claims were truthful -- they made the trip hassle-free while we independently tailored and enjoyed one opportunity after another. Go Real Europe is so well-named! We'd like to highlight the REAL part. Almost every guide we had was born near where we were walking; we heard far more than memorized spiels! The narratives on place and life in that place gave us information, perspectives and fresh interest that had eluded us in prior formal history classes (medieval, Reformation, WW !, WW II, Communist era). And there were so many unexpected moments of delight! Who but a local would know that the final music exams were being given? The insider knowledge allowed us to hear incredible piano performance as we lingered at the statue of Liszt and wandered in the foyer of the academy. Such unpublished delights were facilitated multiple times by the GRE-engaged personnel. Throughout, GRE service was seamless so that unexpected learning became the deeply pleasurable and salient feature of our trip. That consistently- seamless service meant that our memories are solely of new insights, beauty, delicious food, fun street music, creative art, and similar positives of Central Europe. We had NO traveling panics and NO post-vacation fatigue. It seemed obvious to us that GRE was a respected and respectful company. All vendors (transportation people, guides, hotels) provided exceptional service -- not only to please customers but seemingly to keep rapport with GRE. In addition to the company reputation, the on-going oversight by staff at GRE provided safety net while we traveled. Assistance appeared when needed ("plane is delayed" ..." tree fell across train track ...") but the safety net (staff on call) was completely unobtrusive when not needed. GRE's proprietary maps are SO helpfully marked that even the anxiety-prone traveler found navigation easy. (Additionally, these maps are graced with important phrases and traveler tips which made them even 'handier'.) Other GRE provisions --- from picture-worthy 4-star hotels and fluent English concierges to a few pre-purchased local bus and train tickets --- made "independent" travel easy. Even unusual need - such as transportation to a remote wedding site -- was accommodated. Our single tip to future clients would be to carefully review your itinerary when it arrives --- the rare miscommunication or glitch can occur. However, GRE's responsiveness to any such wrinkle is swift and completely satisfying. In summary, our vacation was a true vacation, far-exceeding what we envisioned. We are now planning future trips with this stand-out company. Though other companies make the claims, GRE should be awarded the mottos: you truly are "In good hands" with Go Real Europe! First thing first: thankyou Katka, you are the best, total the contrary of a girl behind the computer. We never made trips in a group and we were looking, with few expectation, for a company able to help us in planning our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. After spending some time on goggle only few companies attracted my attention. I start making phone calls and what I got were anonymous and very cold answers; most of the time returning my question with a simple “please look at our Website”. Disappointing and disheartening. I decided to make a last attempt and I called GRE and Katka was answering with a fresh smile, eager to help, listening to our concerns. Wow! This was what we were looking for. During the evening, I share my impression with my wife and we decided to try with GRE; as a matter of fact, after another phone conversation with Katka (at 10 PM her time) we indicated our main (and secondary) interests as well as the types of services we would have wanted to have. The day after we received a super-detailed program on a day by day basis and the price. We were impressed by the super-detailed indications, like this one “… Go to Little Quarter Square (Malostranská námestí) and go to the tram stop. Go to the side of the tram stop that is in the center of the road (i.e. the median), not the side that is located adjacent to the square.” We closed the deal and we waited anxiously for our trip. I cannot say enough about Katka and the GRE team. I was so overwhelmed trying to plan our trip to Munich - Prague - Berlin - Krakow. I didn't even know where to begin. My wife and I (both mid 60's) just returned from a 2 week trip - Prague - Salzburg - Vienna - Budapest organized with Go Real Europe. Excellent in every respect. We discussed interests and preferences and built a plan with our Go Real Agent (Martin). He selected great hotels located within or close to top spots. We visited almost everything on foot. Everything close. Transportation between cities well explained and made easy....really easy. All ticketing provided in advance. Arranged pick-ups to drive us to and from train and bus stations. Private tours in each city by people with deep knowledge of history....great. Go Real's trip designed travel guide had great suggestions and detailed directions on how to get to each site. Best of all however was Go Reals support service. We had a few personal items that had to be worked around. Access to Go Real support was immediate and adjustments easily accommodated. Go Real gave us personal designed travel with all the support and ease of travel one could expect. Better than group tours......flexible, specific to your tastes and well supported.

We had 6 free days between Barcelona and Budapest, and everyone at Go Real Europe made those days some of the best of our almost 2 month trip. 3 nights in Prague, 1 in Cesky Krumlov, and 2 in Budapest. What a fantastic job Martin and his team did for our bucket list trip to Munich, Prague , Cesky Krumlov, Budapest and Salsburg. Two women adventurous enough to not want to be slowed down by groups, we took the train to each destination and had private pickups and private guides. Our hotels were fantastic and so roomy and near all the places we could walk. Guides were so interesting and knew just what we wanted to see. Special mention to Robert in Budapest with whom we spent the entire day out in the Hungarian vineyards near Eger. Loved the local people who were always willing to help in English. We had a fabulous trip to Budapest / Prague. We couldn't be happier with Go Real Europe. Everything was just about perfect. The walking tour guides we had were all fantastic and what a wonderful way to get to know the cities and learn how to use the trams, Metro and buses. We went everywhere on public transportation and of course, did a TON of walking. We still sometimes got lost, but that was part of the fun! We were really happy with our hotels - Andrew set us up in nice 3 star places - perfect for us! Breakfasts were excellent! It was great to have the daily itinerary so we knew where to go, but we also did a lot of exploring on our own. To have the basics like lodging and airport transport and day excursions set up was the best! The only thing we would have changed is we would have spent the night in Cesky Krumlov - the bus ride was kind of long and we loved the town and would have liked to stay longer. This is a fabulous organization to work with and we will totally use them again. Waiting for GRE to cover Ireland/Scotland - we are so there!! Thank you again to Andrew and David (whom we did have to call at 4am - so sorry - on our departure day, but there was a mix up in how we read the instructions). Otherwise, as I said, everything was just about perfect!

Go Real Europe was awesome, most especially Andrew. Three girls on their first trip to Europe were able to squeeze every lovely minute out of every countries in 7 days! I found Go Real Europe on a google search. We used their services in Berlin, Prague and Budapest. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The hotels they used were central, clean and comfortable (all included breakfasts) The maps they provided were very detailed and easy to follow. Recommendations to such places as Roszwurm in Budapest mean you can indulge in famous kremes like you have not tasted before. Having tickets for trams/ buses/ metro provided simplified things...once we got the hang of the public transport. The private walking tours we did in each city were great. Jeanine in Berlin deserves a special mention. Born in the USA, she had travelled to Berlin before the wall came down and now lives there so her knowledge and personal experience were outstanding and she had no language problems with a trio of kiwis. We had a minor glich with a walking tour but one phone call had that rectified within minutes. They booked all our rail and bus travel between these cities, and arranged private transfers to and from the hotels to the travel depots. I would not hesitate to use this company again. We just got back from our Prague, Bohemia and Vienna trip. It was unforgettably great! We had never used a travel service to plan our trips before, so we cannot help but tell our family and friends (and everyone) about the wonderful experiences we had with Go Real Europe. As a matter of fact, this service enabled us to be stress-free, and to totally enjoy and explore the beauty of Prague, Bohemia and Vienna. We are so pleased with Go Real Europe. With the comprehensive itinerary, handy maps marked with local hidden gems, local eatery and shop recommendations, and live assistance only a phone-call away, we were able to truly control our agenda and totally enjoy the trip without extensive self-study and planning. Most importantly, the cost of service is surprisingly reasonable; after the trip, we are further convinced that it was totally worth it. Not just did we enjoy the outdoor beautiful scenery, but we also learned so much of the history and local culture. Again, without Go Real Europe, we would have not been able to do that much. Next, Vienna…what a grand city! We continued the wonderful travel experiences as we proceeded towards the end of our trip in Vienna… We had such a great time during the trip, as well as during the extremely pleasant planning experience before the trip. We have deep appreciation of the service Go Real Europe provides. Go Real Europe truly made this trip a life-time memorable event for us. We have just returned from a trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. We used Go Real Europe and everything went perfectly. David is the perfect organizer and we followed his detailed instructions easily. As others have said, he even supplies the public transport tickets! All our hotels were in great locations and had a bit of character. The local guides who gave us orientation tours in each city were terrific-in Budapest, Gabriella even drove us around in her car as it was too hot to walk. We loved being able to do a tour, without being on a bus and having to fit into a schedule-this is the way to travel!

Hi David, Sorry to have taken so long to do this, I've been home nearly 2 weeks now and slowly getting back to normal after some serious jetlag. Thank you so much for organizing my Czech Republic/Austria holiday. It was absolutely perfect. It was so detailed there was never any concern by me as to how to get to where I was going. Every day was so filled with new adventures that when I finished and went to Italy I actually felt a bit lost for a few days with what to do, where to go and how to get there because I had been so spoiled with what you had organized for me. I absolutely loved Prague and everyone who has asked me what was my highlight has been told “Prague”. The hotel on Kampa Garden Island was in a perfect location and walking across the Charles Bridge most mornings with fog over the river was a beautiful sight. The metro system in Prague was excellent, as was in Vienna. With your directions it was so easy to head for the correct track without looking too much like a target for possible pickpockets. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe and without any stress about how to get about. The mix of private transfers and bus was just right. The trip to Karlovy Vary, while a bit too long a day, was excellent and Casino Royale was on TV here last week so I had to watch it again just because I had been there. The Student Agency bus trips were excellent, they really are comfortable buses and well managed. Of my 9 weeks in Europe, the two weeks in Czech Republic and Austria was a wonderful experience and extremely great value for money. If I get the opportunity to travel to Europe again, I will definitely come back to Prague and perhaps Budapest and Krakow and of course I'll be in touch then !! We did a combination of both. He provides professionally prepared custom maps of each city, that works in concert with your itinerary, to direct you to the best and most interesting of each city. (Make sure you study them before arriving). Restaurant suggestions were also wonderful. I also truly appreciated David being available via telephone during our trips when we had a question. It was only by accident I lucked into the perfect tour company for our trip - Go Real Europe. In surfing around the internet I saw many self-directed and semi-directed options for this tour, but nothing quite popped. Then I found Go Real Europe and was instantly impressed. Owner David Manley specializes in this part of the world and has an excellent knowledge of what is available. You could get a sample itinerary right away that gave you an idea of what there was to see and do. You put in the length of time, where you want to go and an idea of the focus - history, active, arts, etc. Bang - there was a suggested way to spend your time in each city.

I am home a week from our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest with my daughter. It's hard for me to put into words how wonderful this trip was. I wanted to write to thank you for all of your help in setting it up and the decisions you helped me make. It was truly guided. Everything went smoothly. The only glitch was when we didn't read where to meet our guide in Vienna at the right place, but she was great and came to our hotel and got us. We had a great time in Vienna. We spent two days looking at some of the most beautiful art in the world and playing in the gardens and fountains of the Belvedere. Budapest was incredible. It is a beautiful city and we were there at the right time in terms of the weather and magic of the Danube and all of the buildings lit up at night. All of your guides were wonderful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you again for your help. I can't say enough about Go Real.

Hi Martin and David, We arrived home in Boston last evening after a busy eight days of traveling in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. We can't thank you enough for the detailed plans, maps, and suggestions. It really felt that someone was holding our hands and showing us around. We had all the excitement of discovering foreign lands, with none of the problems that can happen while negotiating unfamiliar places. In fact, all the cities felt like home within a few hours of arriving and exploring. All three hotels were in excellent locations to help us get to the chief attractions within a few minutes walk. Having metro/tram/bus stops nearby was an added bonus, and our lives were made easier by having the public transportation tickets and your detailed instructions on how to use them. We made very good use of the tickets, and even went to the Vienna train station from our hotel by metro. We dropped off 13 unused tickets from Budapest at the reception in Hotel Casati, and hopefully you will receive them soon. The airport and train station transfers went off smoothly and in timely fashion. I also want to specially mention the guides we had at the three cities. Marie in Prague, Brigitte (not sure about the spelling) in Vienna and Dorka in Budapest won our hearts with their friendliness, extensive knowledge, and helpful hints. The extensive guided tours not only gave us an in-depth look at what we were seeing, but also helped us to move more easily around and decide what we wanted to focus on. Please do thank them again on our behalf. We loved the Hotel Kampa Garden in Prague for both the location and the ambience and comfort of the room (we got a suite with a separate space for our daughters). The Continental in Vienna was interesting; a little cramped, but fine for a couple of days stay, and its location was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the Casati's funky décor and its proximity to the metro and tourist attractions. All three hotels were friendly and helpful in providing us breakfast for our daughter's allergy needs. The only time we had a bit of a hiccup was trying to find the right platform at the Prague railway station…. It took a bit to figure out that the escalators went into different platforms, as we had never come across this before. But after that, it was easy in Vienna to do the same thing, and your directions also mentioned this specifically for Wien Railway station. We enjoyed an afternoon at the Heurige you mentioned at Grinzing and were happy with your wine recommendations, though we didn't end up going to the vineyard. It wasn't clear to us how to go to the vineyards, and after walking around a lot on a warm day, we lacked the energy to make more enquiries. My family was also enjoying Budapest so much that we didn't do the Szentendere trip, though we did the Danube cruise with Duna Yacht that you recommended. In fact, one ticket was good for two trips on two consecutive days, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much again. Just to report that our trip to Cesky Krumlov was a great success - thank you to you and Martin for all you did to help us and make it happen. The bus trips were very comfortable, the hotel very elegant and comfortable, and we enjoyed Karolina, our guide. She was very good, but it was also nice to have a conversation with a local person. We could not be more pleased with Go Real! You took the guess work out of things like public transport but still managed to allow us the freedom to tour as we wanted. Our guides were exceptional and every time I saw a Viking Cruise tour of 25 people, I realized the quality experience we were getting with Go Real. The Hotel Savoy was lovely, but hot. I've learned that I really do want air conditioning in every hotel ! Our apt in Budapest was great and the view is one of my favorite memories of that incredible city. The delay from Cesky Krumlov was not a big deal as we loved the boat ride down the Danube ... still saw Melk Abbey quickly and enjoyed a stop at Durnstein to taste the local wine. I'm telling all my friends and family that Go Real is the way to travel hassle-free in Central Europe, so I hope you get more business. Jan- we have returned from our fantastic adventure Go Real has planned for us and our friends, Bob and Dottie Howell. We so very much enjoyed and reveled in everything about the trip. Your thoughtful and carefully planned itinerary was a wonder for us and we tried to keep up the pace to see and do almost all of the journey. The only comment we will make is the Leonardo hotel in Cesky was not up to the same standards as the Casati in Budapest and Savic in Prague, both of which were very nice indeed. Perhaps there might be another choice in Cesky for future travelers? Thank you so much for all the careful planning and details, and we wish to especially thank Petr for the wonderful hike day outside Prague. It made our last day especially memorable.

I am still surprised how everything worked as planned, without a hitch. All instructions in your itinerary were precise and correct. Yes, unfortunately, we had some glitches along the way. But, when things didn't go as expected, you were quick to step in and help and to take responsibility when it was called for. Once we got over the hump, everything went pretty smoothly. You have an excellent business in Go Real, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know who is traveling to the countries on your itineraries. I really hope you get to expand into other countries is the near future!

It was a great trip to Cesky Krumlov despite the rain. It did not rain Sunday am when we had the great hike and final trip around Cesky Krumlov. The guides were top-notch. I felt we really got to know and experience this unique medieval village. The driver/guide back to Prague was not as articulate in English but we managed ok. He certainly took us on a great ride thru many interesting villages as well as a stop at the castle. It was truly a memorable trip and efficiently planned. Thanks so very much for arranging it and also helping Rebecca. We would never have enjoyed the trip, or gotten so much out of it, had it not been for your help!

All went well with the bus trip to Karlovy Vary. John and I had a good time hiking the trails there. It is a very pretty town. I am at the airport right now for the return flight. Thank you for your arrangements. John and I enjoyed being able to mingle with the local people, taking the public transportation, talking to local tour guides, able to have a glimpse of the history and the way of life here. Want to thank you for arranging a wonderful vacation for us once again. Everything went very well. All of your directions were spot on. Trains were easy to travel on. Hotels lovely (we especially enjoyed the one in Vienna). The Rickshaw ride in Salzburg was great. It was certainly a plus to have them pick us up at the hotel. The young girl who drove us around was quite knowledgeable and fun!

My wife and I just returned from an incredible trip to Prague, Cesky Krumluv, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest, and Krakow. This very complicated trip could not have been accomplished without the efforts of David Manley of Go Real Europe. We cannot say enough about his attention to detail and his expertise in selecting some of the most interesting hotels in Central Europe. Besides being in the heart of the tourist areas these hotels provided wonderful rooms and outstanding breakfasts. The customer service was perfect as well. His customized itineraries as well as his maps and tour guides made this a memorable vacation. During the planning of this trip David was always there to give excellent expertise and aspects of the trip. We cannot so enough about his customer service especially when we needed him while in Salzburg. David actually met us at our hotel and directed us to where to we had to go. This was really special and saved us a lot of time. David is a wonderful person to deal with and is honest and has a high level of character. Anyone looking to go on their own to the above cities in Central Europe should use Go Real Europe!!

As an experienced traveler accustomed to making my own itineraries and travel arrangements, I admit that I was leery about using an outside agency for my girlfriend's and my 12-night, 4-city vacation thru Eastern Europe. But working with David Manley at Go Real Europe was worth every penny……and our vacation was memorable, exceeding all my expectations. Fourth….GREAT VALUE…..even factoring in what we consider a modest fee, David's package was significantly less than what we'd have otherwise paid on our own….the total cost of our trip was under our budget and we still had the added value of all David's excellent recommendations. Fifth…..David has a passion for what he does and will go to the “nth” degree to satisfy his clients….prior to the trip I had so many questions and concerns that the logistics would go awry…..which David alleviated with quick, substantive responses….mostly by email, but by phone as well…he called us again after we'd arrived to see how we were doing and whether we needed anything else…..and we had the pleasure of meeting David in person before we left Vienna. Hi David, We are home, safe and sound and just have to deal with the “jet-lag” now. Roger and I would like to thank you for your fabulous organization of our trip. We were especially impressed with the local guides in each city, who not only gave us great tours but also gave us a great insight into life and living conditions in each place. We didn't do all the suggested trips as towards the end, the heat was getting a bit overwhelming-it seemed to get hotter as we moved from country to country!. Now that we're back home and have had some time to catch-up with life, I wanted to thank you one more time. We are so glad that we used Go Real Europe for the portion of our trip in Hungary and the Czech Republic. From the moment we landed in Budapest, everything went exactly as described on the itinerary. The person who picked us up at the airport was waiting when we arrived and we had a wonderful ride in a very nice BMW to the KK Opera Hotel. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was quite small and had no view, but no complaints since we knew we would not be spending a lot of time there. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the breakfasts were delicious. We are so happy that we decided to have you arrange a tour guide for our first morning in Budapest. In the four hours that we spent with her, she not only showed us many major sites with excellent commentary, but we used the Metro and the buses with her, which gave us the confidence to do so on our own over the next few days. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat which we really appreciated. We had no issues getting the train tickets with the confirmation number you gave us for our departure from Budapest. Once again our transportation to Cesky Krumlov was waiting for us as scheduled at the Linz train station. We had a pleasant trip to Cesky Krumlov and we're glad we made this diversion from our original plans, even though it rained the whole time we were there. The hotel was so historic, the staff very accommodating and the views from our room were spectacular. The bus ride to Prague the next day was a little more challenging since there were delays in the departure due to the flooding and the staff at the bus station didn't seem to know what was going on. You had told us that it would be an hour late, so we decided to stay at the station (a pretty depressing place!) and wait. We are so glad we did. Your information was correct. The hotel in Prague was absolutely perfect...great location, extremely friendly staff, and really nice rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to a larger room. Must have been due to your relationship with them.... thanks!!! The breakfast at this hotel was the best of all the hotels we stayed in. I loved that they offered cappuccino as well as espresso and coffee. Not to mention that they also had a Nespresso machine in the room. I also wanted to thank you again for getting me that phone charger. I decided to keep it for all my future European trips. We really saw the impact of the floods in Prague. But I would say that the only things we weren't able to do was walk the Charles Bridge and take the funicular. One of our favorite restaurants in Prague was Italian, I believe the name was Al Dente. All in all, we had a great experience in Eastern Europe and we owe it all to you and Go Real Europe. The language barrier could have been intimidating but with the services that you provided, we were able to ease into each new environment so we never felt that way at all. I know that Trip Advisor doesn't have a rating system for tour companies, but I will mention Go Real Europe in some of my postings and hopefully that will convey to others our satisfaction with your company.

Just a quick note to let you know that I am back home now after probably the best overseas holiday that I have ever had, in no small part due to your very capable organization booking of hotels, tours trains. There was just nothing that went wrong with the timings etc., notwithstanding the relatively minor disruptions due to the floods. In fact, I was able to see parts of Austria by bus that I wouldn't have seen from the train. My thanks to the guides Hana, Petr Edith who were all friendly, knowledgeable spoke good English.

My sister, Ann Ibberson, and I have been back home for a few weeks now and still go on and on about our fabulous trip. We were just blown away in every respect. Given the fact that we only had 1 ½ weeks, you had everything arranged for us so efficiently and your contacts who we dealt with for transfers, tours, hotels were extremely professional and personable. Things could not have gone better. And Prague – I just love Prague! I already hope to go back some day in the not too distant future and next time, bring my husband along. I also want to let you know how impressed I was at you getting back to us when we were stuck in a rainstorm at the State Opera. Our trip was to Prague, Cesky Krumlov and Vienna was a wonderful experience thanks to Go Real Europe. Everything was planned to the T for us. There was a guided tour each time we reached these cities and that worked very well because it gave us an overview of the city. Transportation tickets were included as well as directions to the main sights. I felt secure, as well, because David was always available to call if there were any problems. I highly recommend Go Real and I plan to use it again in the future.

Our trip was amazing!! Thank you so much for the great itinerary. The transportation went perfectly. The shuttle driver from Prague to Cesky was super - and thank you for adding Cesky Krumlov to the list - what a magical village. The Christmas markets were in full swing and we enjoyed them in every city we went to. By the way, we had the best dinner of the trip our last night at the restaurant at the Hotel Konig von Ungarn!! Great staff there, excellent service and great food and drink. The bartender there actually knew how to make a great Manhattan!! I just wanted to thank you for organizing an amazing trip for me – I packed in so much in such a short period of time and everything was just perfect. I want to say thanks to Go Real Europe for making my first trip overseas a fun and unforgettable experience. From my first phone call from David back in July 2012 to the driver dropping me off at the airport for my flight home, GRE had ALL the bases covered. The city map, metro tickets, hotel choices, and of course the detailed itinerary with complete directions, all first rate. David was out of town while I was there, and my trip hit a small snag with a hotel trying to double-bill me. Well, I had a GRE contact who I called and he made everything right within a day and even bought me dinner for my trouble! Thanks, Petr, I hope the fish are biting for you! We arrived home last night - weary but very happy! The trip could not have been better and it is thanks to Go Real Europe and your good advice, and planning. Sorry for any trauma we caused you - but I can tell you it was a warm blanket for me to know you were there. 14 people can be daunting. They all loved it - and you. Cannot rave enough about the Hotel Savic and the staff. The Hotel Ruze also - and their staff. Again, we will all sing your praises to the highest. Take good care of Prague - it is a gem.

We had a wonderful time in Prague and Vienna! Our hotel in Prague was exceptional. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was way more than I could have asked for. They assisted us in making dinner reservations one evening and it turned out perfectly. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean! :) We could not have asked for more! After moving around the city for a few short days, it was great to get out on the bikes into the countryside! We loved Petr and really enjoyed the bike trip planned for us. We are in okay shape, but nothing like him. He definitely challenged us which we both love! Cycling with Petr was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed talking to him about all the places he has cycled and he made us promise to come back for more adventure, maybe some kayaking or something of that sort. The only problem is the 1-year-old and 4-year-old kids we have, they usually keep us pretty close to home! It was really great to meet you for a few brief moments at the train station. It is always helpful to put a face with a name and a voice! Our transfer to the train station was seamless. And the train trip in 2nd class was perfect! I can't imagine that 1st class would have offered anything of necessity for such a short trip. Vienna was also a beautiful city. We spent a lot of time walking everywhere. A couple of highlights of Vienna were the museum of fine arts, the Belvedere, and walking around in the evening near the Town Hall and Parliament. The buildings are beautifully lit up at night! Our hotel was enough for what we needed and the breakfast was sufficient. We also liked the boat trip on the Danube. We almost skipped it because I was tired and didn't really want to go through the effort of trying to figure out the trains and boats, but William gave me a little push and I so did it. What a beautiful day, and perfect weather! We met 2 nice couples that made the time in Melk very nice as well as the boat trip. We didn't get off at any of the stops, and because we were short on time we went directly to the train station in Krems. We ended up skipping Grinzing and decided to go to the opera instead. We bought tickets from the guys dressed up on the street and got totally scammed, but we enjoyed the evening! ;) That's what we get for going off the plan! The trip was very short, but a long time to be away from the kids. We had a blast and will recommend you to anyone we know coming to the areas you serve. Thanks again for helping us.

We had a great time! We made it home safe last night and we are going through Europe withdrawal already missing all the wonderful sights, people, and times we had; time just flew by!! We had a great time on our trip. Your recommendations on restaurants, hotels, and other tips were spot on. We especially enjoyed the cuisine in the Czech Republic; it was one of our favorite things about Prague. We loved Prague at night, actually we could have used another day in Prague. The people were very nice, especially our driver Peter, He went out of his way to show us his village and waited for us with a smile. Loved the hotels, especially the suite in Prague. The Hotel Konig von Ungarn in Vienna was a pleasant surprise, as we didn't realize it was so close to where Mozart lived and that he might have dined at the hotel. The Hotel Leonardo in Cesky Krumlov was so very quaint, except I got the room facing the street, with no A/C, but other than that the town was beautiful and magical. It was a beautiful and memorable trip for us, and I would definitely not hesitate to recommend you and if we do go to Europe again, we hope you can help us out again. Hi, David, I had a great time! The trip was wonderful. The guides were great. The arrangements for transfers were perfect. What I really liked was being able to call you when I needed help or advice. Priceless as they say! I just had one of the best vacations I ever had thanks to your advice and planning and suggestions. The directions were superb. The detail really helped as those streets could get very confusing very fast. When I was going places without the directions I found it very confusing at times because I get lost easily and turned around easily. By the time I left Vienna however I felt very confident. I often changed things around and spent more time in one area than the plan called for, but its directions and descriptions made that possible and made those changes pleasurable and brought me what I wanted to see and do without getting lost. Creating a plan can be really, really tough, but altering it when you have a master plan like yours was so much easier to do when I wanted to do so. For example, I found I did need more downtime than the plan called for. I knew going in that would most likely be true and it was. So I missed a few things, but I also added some great things - like the garden around the Castle in Prague. I had a couple of really delightful hours exploring that and reading all the tree signs. It has been a few weeks since we have returned from our trip to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest, but we have not forgotten the wonderful time we had due to your 'Go Real Europe' program. If we had any reluctance before we started the trip it quickly disappeared once we arrived and were met at the airport and started to follow our planned itinerary. Prior to this trip, we have always made our own arrangements and traveled alone. Your services proved to be very helpful. We were amazed at your attention to detail and the quantity and quality of the information. For example, the various modes of transportation, trains, car rental, subway, bus, and taxis were all easy to access. The iPhone was a real plus for us even though we had a limited amount of iPhone experience prior to the trip. We might suggest having a short instructional session available the first day for those who might want it. We can't say enough positive things about having individual guides. Our favorite and a special surprise was the substitute guide the day we took the bus from Prague to hike in the countryside. My visit to Prague was made multiples better by the excellent service and detailed directions from Go Real. Their knowledge of specific directions was invaluable to me during my short visit to this beautiful city. We recently booked a tour of the Czech Republic through Go Real Europe. When the prospect first came up, I was a bit concerned. Even though we had been through other European cities, the prospect of going to a place where English wasn't the primary language, and the culture was 'different,' made me somewhat trepidous. It turned out to be one of the best experiences of our life. Czech is a lovely place; that we knew from the guidebooks, and a delightful little book on Prague. Go Real Europe was the best... We only had 4 days in the Czech Republic. We hooked up with David and Go Real Europe, we actually found them on the internet. They were able to build an itinerary for us that included Prague and then down to Cesky Krumlov in Southern Bohemia... David was great and he helped us in planning a memorable trip. My husband and I took our first visit to the Czech Republic under the guidance of David and Go Real Europe. It was also the first trip we took where we used a travel service and were very glad we did. Recently, my boyfriend and I decided to go on a trip. We were trying to decide between several countries and chose the Czech Republic. The bicycling day trip that we asked for in Cesky Krumlov ended up being an odyssey to the top of a mountain at our own, uneducated, request. The 7-hour trip ended up being one of the great physical challenges of my adult life. Our tour guide never became breathless (apparently, the Czechs are great bicycle enthusiasts!), while I lost the ability to salivate somewhere around the halfway point. I began to seriously wonder if I would make it without shaming my country and falling over in a dead faint. Once we reached the top of the mountain, we looked at a beautiful, pristine mountain-top lake that is untouched by humans. The sight made up for every moment of torture I had experienced. Halfway down the mountain, we stopped and had a beer and a sausage. What sweet reward! I cannot recommend Go Real Europe enough. We are thinking about going to Poland in 2010 and hope that he can help us with that trip as well. Go Real Europe made sure that we felt very special during our entire stay.

I would like to thank you for helping us organize our trip to Eastern Europe. We had a wonderful time, learned a lot and also got ourselves exhausted, as there was a lot to see and do and a lot of walking on cobblestones!! Here are some comments: 1. Your instructions and logistics were excellent. We were able to go everywhere with your instructions and easily learned how to use the metros, buses, and trams in every city. People were friendly and helpful. They all spoke English, even though we found very few American tourists. 2. The guides in every city were great. We learned a lot from them. The people who provided transportation were good too. 3. The sites you suggested for each area were well worth seeing, although it was so packed that we skipped a couple, due to our own exhaustion... 4. All the hotels were well located, with easy access to sight seeing, accessible to public transportation and in safe areas. 5. The night train from Budapest to Krakow was very tough. 3 of us in a tiny compartment with bunk beds was extremely tight. The a/c was not working well, so we opened the windows and it was very noisy. Our wagon was right next to the train engine!! I could not sleep at all that night. Were there other types or better quality wagons/night trains? Just curious. Overall, the trip was great!! It was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to others. You and your staff did an excellent job organizing the trip for us. Thanks again for everything!

Having only three days to spend in Prague, it was important that we hit the maximum amount of sites with the minimum amount of fuss. You have no idea how this trip has surpassed what I thought I would be able to achieve. The transport at the Prague airport was wonderful, I was so glad to have someone meet me. The hotel in Prague was nice and the room was huge. I would recommend it, although the stairs could be a little overpowering. The Hotel Savoy in Vienna is just a little gem of hotel. Again the rooms are amazing in size for Europe. With the hotel's great location and Go Real Europe's instructions, it was very convenient and easy to get to everything I wanted to do. The Skype was nice too - what a joy to be able to ring home without worrying about a bill. But the best thing for me was the transport passes. They were wonderful and allowed me to sneak out of range, and to see parts of the city I normally might have been too worried to visit. I sort of felt that I was orienteering. The public transport systems are wonderful, just a little bit confusing sometimes, so it was so reassuring to have your instructions. And finally the money conversion cheat sheet was great. I would have had no way of figuring out the value of the Czech Korona without that lovely little sheet, and it was a valued tool in my pocket. Well, we finally caught up with mail, bill-paying, and so many other things which needed our attention……. And now is the time to thank you for making our visit to Prague a memorable experience. The selection of the Savic hotel was an excellent choice. Not only was the personnel exceptional attentive but both room and the breakfast served daily were exceptional. The front office staff went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Their English was excellent. The tour guides you offered for the various tours were extremely knowledgeable and added many interesting facts. Exceptional was Mr. Petr Skarka who took us to Kutna Hora to the silver mine and all the various sights in that town. The Itinerary which you prepared was extremely well thought out and made the most of the time which we had available. On the whole, it was probably one of the best travel experiences which we have had. We wish you all the best, and hope you get many more satisfied customers.

Our favourite spot to stay was Salzburg, although we also loved Krumlov and the last night in Prague. Vienna worked great as well. Ernie and I would like to thank you for making our trip to Prague just magical. We have been travelling to Europe for many years and never has our itinerary fit us so well. Your attention to detail is incredible. The guided tours were wonderful. Our day with Sharka was perfect. She is a very educated, knowledgeable and conscientious guide. One can tell that she loves what she does, therefore, she makes everyone feel good about being with her. Our day with Petr to Kunta Hora was just a wonderful experience. We felt like we were spending the day with an old friend....he, too, is very knowledgeable and considers the clients' wants or needs. (Unfortunately Ernie came down with a really bad cold that day and Petr was kind enough to take us to a pharmacy and recommend a medicine for Ernie to purchase). All of the directions for our self guided walking tours were perfect. We felt very comfortable being out on our own. Hopefully by the time we plan our trip to Europe next year you will be offering tours in other countries that we would like to visit.

David, We arrived home safely after a smooth flight from Vienna via Lufthansa. Margaret and I were very pleased with our entire Eastern Europe experience and found working with you and your staff quite easy and enjoyable. We were especially pleased with the hotels you selected as all were superbly located, very convenient to the center of most activities and the staff at each location most helpful and easy to deal with. While we had been to Europe and the Middle East several times over the years, we had never been to your area of the world before and were most impressed with the history, people and culture to which we were exposed. Our guides were terrific, extremely knowledgeable and all spoke English about as well as we did. We found the itinerary quite easy to follow, didn't get lost too often and appreciated the detailed instructions you included for getting around, using the metro systems. We had a wonderful celebration of our 50th Anniversary and couldn't have chosen a nicer location or better way to commemorate this special milestone in our life together. By the time we got to Vienna, we were both getting a little tired walking and tried to get back to our hotel by mid afternoon for a brief rest. Hence, we decided to opt for a special dinner on the evening of the 13th, our actual anniversary. Margaret felt very badly that we hadn't notified our guide Martin but we didn't realize we would be his only tourists that evening and would be concerned about our absence. We have two friends going on the river cruise from Prague to Budapest quite soon and we are anxious to compare notes. Personally, I can't see how they could possible see as much as did we and one of the highlights for us was staying in four lovely Hotels right in the center of all the activities. We even managed to catch the Prague Marathon though chose not to participate!! Thanks for all your hard work and especially keeping a watchful eye over us. Please also thank your staff and especially Lucie Tyfova who procured our tickets to La Traviata which was wonderful and also all of our train and metro tickets, all of which worked without a hitch. My wife and I have been to Europe several times and never used any type of company to help us with hotels, trips, activities or other information. We decided that since we had never ventured this far into central Europe that we would give Go Real Europe a call just to see what they offered. We were impressed with what we heard and took a chance just to see if they would deliver what was advertised. They delivered everything that they said they would and more! The information provided on how to navigate through public transportation systems in Vienna and Prague was invaluable and the directions to follow in getting to attractions was extremely detailed and accurate. The hotels that we stayed in were nicer than we were used to obtaining on our own and there were things to see and do that we would not have found on our own. The personalized itinerary was perfect, the guided tours were second to none and the Go Real Europe staff was very personable and accessible when we had questions. Our experience with Go Real Europe could not have been better!

Your itinerary lay-out, hotel choices, transportation arrangements, incl. public transport tickets and the detailed advice on how to use them, recommended activities .... it was all great! Starting out each city visit with a guided walking tour was very beneficial. The Guides were all excellent, very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. What we learned from them gave more substance to our visit and helped to orient us .... We enjoyed the experience in each of the cities we visited. Public transit systems are so efficient and easy to use, once you become familiarized .... in Vienna we used the underground to get to Westbahnhof..... two stations, to get to our train to Frankfurt. By-the-way .... Miriam and I have been spreading the word about GoRealEurope.com to people we met and friends at home .... we like the concept.

We just got back last night and trying to fight off jet lag! I wanted to say THANK YOU for such an amazing experience. Hopefully I can remember all that helped this trip to be so enjoyable. In Prague, Toni, Maria and Petr (Peter) were fabulous. All were so knowledgable and personable. We loved them all, but Petr was beyond amazing. Even though he dragged my ass biking of a total of 25 miles (with some hills!!) and was so tolerant of my huffing and puffing!! lol. In Cseky Krumlov we had Marcella with the hike. She was so much fun and we loved her little dog that came with us. Adorable!! Sarka (Sharka) was the best and we had a blast with her biking in Trebon? I wanted to take her home with me. She could really make a great friend!! In Vienna, Alex(ander) was an A+ guide for us around town and another fabulous biking trip through Krem and all the beautiful little villages and vineyards we went through. This guy was so full of History and so much fun to learn from (as were the others). In Budapest, Robert was so cute and so professional. What a neat kid!! I could just go on and on. PLEASE pass on to their place of work how amazing all of these people were. I know some of them are your 'go to' guys so pat them on the back. I don't remember the girl's name that picked us up at the airport in Prague and also took us to the bus en route to Cesky Krumlov, but she was awesome too!! I can't say enough about your business, David! I will give you 5 star reviews on your site and trip-advisor. Give me a few days as I'm hitting the ground running to catch up on real life. It was so great to meet you as well and we will recommend you highly to anyone who wants to travel to Eastern Europe. I hope I remembered everyone who made our trip amazing. Our trip to Italy was amazing. Thank you to Go Real Travel for the organization of this trip! The private transfers to and from the airport and train stations went smoothly. The layout of the trip and the train schedules were perfect. All of our guides were wonderful and very knowledgeable. The sunset boat cruise was amazing with a fantastic guide. The hotels, specifically, the Berchielli and U-Visionary, were wonderful. I would like to point out the driver/guide for the Pompeii and Herculaneum tour who went above and beyond to make sure we toured Pompeii. There was a storm the night before that shut down one or two of the tunnels on the main road between Sorrento and Naples. The driver stayed in contact with other drivers to ensure the best route and after a four drive we made it to Pompeii. The tour was amazing. The drive/guide asked if we wanted to continue to Herculaneum, but it was late and we declined. He offered to drive us back to Sorrento, which meant another 4 plus hour drive or take a 30-minute train to Sorrento. We opted for the train, which he paid for, validated the tickets, and got us on the train that was at the station before it took off. Huge thank you to this driver/guide!!! We will use Go Real Travel for any future travel plans.

A very sincere thank you to you and your staff for producing an amazing itinerary. They booked everything we had listed in an easy to understand way. Our hotels were great and the last one in Krakow was overlooking the square and could not have been more perfect. All of our excursions worked out in an exemplarily way. Our guides were so knowledgeable and picked us up exactly at the hotel and on time - there were no hitches at all. Even when we requested anther guided trip your staff did it perfectly. I have done quite a bit of travelling and wanted this one to be one that I didn't have to plan and research and they nailed it. The person who picked us up in Gdansk was great and we booked him for a day tour of the beautiful city which he did perfectly. We booked him to take us to the train station when we were going to Warsaw. He not only took us there but walked with us to the station and showed us where to wait and board the train. So in closing, again a very heartfelt THANK YOU to you and the crew that did an amazing and perfect tour for us in our holiday in Poland. It is one we will never forget.

Overall, the trip was great. The hotels picked were perfect for what we needed/wanted. They were perfectly located so we could walk to the sites we wanted to see. The Guided tours were also what we wanted and the guides were good. We did a lot in the 6-7 days we were there. There is no way we could have planned this trip itinerary on our own.
